You may already know my story from entries on the AllergyEats Blog (though this video highlights more about the beginnings and basics of AllergyEats), but how about Dr. Lynda Schneider’s?

Dr. Schneider is a leading allergist worldwide.  She is Director of the Allergy Program at Children’s Hospital Boston, and is Board certified in Allergy/Immunology, Pediatrics, and Diagnostic Laboratory Immunology.  She also evaluates new therapies for allergic diseases in clinical trials and is well-published in leading medical journals.

Basically, she is a brilliant allergist and one of the best when it comes to food allergies!

In this video, Jeanne Blake, host of the “About Health TV” program (also a brilliant woman in her own right — pull up her resume on Google), interviews Dr. Schneider and I about food allergies and what each of us is trying to do to help the community.  Obviously, Dr. Schneider and I come from much different angles.

I think it’s a very worthwhile program to watch just to hear Dr. Schneider’s thoughts.
