St. Louis Food Allergy-Friendly Restaurant List
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
“This is the only restaurant I’ve been to yet that I feel the most comfortable taking my grandson to. Being he has many many allergies, we very rarely take him out to eat, due to the fear of something going wrong. For the 3 times we have visited, the wait staff, as well management have worked together with the kitchen staff to ensure the allergy free order is just that….allergy free. Each time the staff hovered over our care, and help make my grandsons visit very special for him. He’s only 2, and it really does make him feel like he fits in with us in a typical dinner outing.”

Chipotle Mexican Grill
“As soon as I told them about my allergies, they changed all the serving utensils for the ingredients I wanted, and let everyone on the line know. The person doing my bowl changed their gloves and even got lettuce from the back to make sure it was safe.”

About AllergyEats Top Restaurant Lists
AllergyEats Top Restaurant Lists are based on the allergy-friendliness ratings of eateries, per food-allergic reviewers on the AllergyEats app and website at the time of publication, and not the restaurants themselves. AllergyEats encourages diners with food allergies to use these Top Restaurant Lists as a starting point when seeking dining options and to always disclose allergies to the wait staff, ask questions about ingredients and food preparation, and carry allergy medications.
