“The only thing that goes in the fryer is French fries, and the fries have no coating or batter — you can watch the guy in the back cutting the potatoes into strips and dumping them into the fryer. The staff is extraordinarily well educated about allergies and they have an “allergy” button on the cash register that prompts the staff to change gloves and prepare your order in a separate area.”
